About EUROTECHThe right power for every job
Two series, eight models: from compact workshop welders to water-cooled heavy-industry machines.
Varyolu Series
For heavy industry, series production and thick plate. Separate wire feeder on a swivel mount; closed-loop water cooling on the 405A–500A models.

Compact Series
For workshops, maintenance and thin-to-medium plate. Wire feeder integrated in the housing, wheeled and compact — with a 220 V single-phase option.

The engineering behind the durability

Stable wire feeding
Separate or integrated wire feeders for constant wire speed, a smooth arc and clean welds.
Closed-loop water cooling
The SW20 unit extends torch and consumable life on long, high-current welds.
Step control
Coarse and fine steps for fast, repeatable settings to suit the material.
Class H insulation · IP22
Heat-resistant insulation and protection suited to workshop conditions.
380 V and 220 V options
Alongside three-phase models, the Compact 215 Mono runs on single-phase power.

What Is MIG/MAG Welding and How Does It Work?
A complete guide to gas metal arc welding: how it works, the difference between MIG and MAG, shielding gases and key advantages.

Welding Machine Buying Guide: How to Choose a MIG Welder
Six steps to choosing the right MIG/MAG welding machine by current capacity, duty cycle, mains supply and cooling type.

Water-Cooled vs Air-Cooled Welding Machines: Key Differences
When do you need a water-cooled MIG welder? A comparison with air-cooled systems, their advantages and maintenance tips.
Where are Eurotech welding machines manufactured?
Eurotech MIG/MAG welding machines are manufactured at our facility in the 4th Industrial Estate, Bornova, İzmir, Türkiye. Local production means fast spare-part and technical-service support.
Which welding machine should I choose?
The choice depends on material thickness, seam length and daily duty time. As a general guide: Compact 215A–255A for thin sheet and workshop jobs, Varyolu 355A–405A for medium plate and intensive workshop use, and the water-cooled Varyolu 405A–500A for thick plate, long seams and multi-shift production. Call us for a precise recommendation.
What does “60% duty cycle” mean?
Duty cycle indicates how many minutes within a 10-minute period the machine can weld continuously at the rated current. 550 A at 60% means the machine can weld at 550 A for 6 minutes and then cool for 4 minutes. At lower currents the permissible welding time increases.
When do I need a water-cooled machine?
If you weld for long periods at high current (roughly above 350–400 A), a water-cooled torch is recommended. Water cooling prevents the torch and consumables from overheating, improving operator comfort and consumable life.
I don't have a three-phase supply — which model can I use?
The Eurotech Compact 215 Mono 220V is designed to run on a standard 220 V single-phase supply. All other models require a 380 V three-phase supply.
Which shielding gas is used for MIG/MAG welding?
For MAG welding of carbon steels, CO₂ or an argon–CO₂ mix is usually used. For MIG welding of non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, pure argon is preferred. We can help you choose the right gas and wire.

Let's choose the right welding machine for your project.
Tell us about your material, plate thickness and production pace — we will quickly send you the best-suited model and a quotation.
