Eurotech Varyolu 500A Water-Cooled features
The Eurotech Varyolu 500A is a three-phase MIG/MAG welding machine developed for heavy-industry applications that demand high current and long arc-on time. It delivers 550 A at a 60% duty cycle, providing deep penetration and high deposition rates on thick sections.
Its modular design — power source, SW20 water-cooling unit on top and the SAS 20 wire feeder on a swivel mount — keeps the torch cool at sustained high current and lets the operator move freely across a wide working area.
Coarse (A-B-C) and fine (1–10) step voltage control allows fast, repeatable settings for every material thickness. Class H insulation and IP22 protection mean long service life in tough workshop conditions.
